Our History

The Inn was opened in 1966 by 3 Tottenham Hotspurs players, Martin Peters, Martin Chivers & Alan Gilzen, as you can see from the pictures to the right. Bernie & Marge Poincey were the first Landlord & Lady and they ran it for nearly 20 years, so we have a rich history in the Hospitality trade. The Inn has formed the Clubhouse for the Caravan Park since its opening

The Inn has gone from strength to strength, over the years, and we have now upgraded our excellent restaurant facilities which offer an excellent range of food and service to not only the Club Members but everyone.
